First and foremost commitment to our well-being and our quality of life, from what is really significant. Once committed to the higher purpose of life, commit ourselves with our goals becomes something simple and natural. Commitment implies giving the best of ourselves. If we commit to a project, we do everything within our power to make it work and stop playing with other possibilities. For some the feeling of commitment not is something natural and should develop, gain. Even in this case is open door of achieving it, and get all the benefits.
